My name is Munther Abuhamda, and today I am reaching out to you with the hope that you can help me with the most important dream of my life: to bring my family from the Gaza Strip to Chile.
My family is made up of my father Jamal Abuhamda, my brother Nader, my sister-in-law Heba (Nader’s wife), their two young children Yamen and Jamal, and my sister Manar. In total, they are six people who urgently need a chance to survive and live in peace.
The Gaza Strip was our home—the place where we grew up, where we had dreams, projects, and goals, just like any other family. Sadly, all of that was destroyed by war. Our memories, our home, our hopes… everything was lost. Today, the only thing I hold onto is the hope of saving their lives before they are taken too.
That is why, with all my heart, I am asking for your support. I am raising money to cover the airline tickets that will allow them to leave Gaza and reunite with me in Chile. Here, they will finally have the chance to dream again, to eat, to bathe in safety, and to live without constant fear of losing everything in an instant.
